Head coach of Inter Allies, Tony Lokko has confirmed that his outfit will be without their star man ahead of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.
The domestic top flight league is set to return in November after six months of hiatus and according to the trainer, the striker won’t play a part in the forthcoming season for the Eleven is to One side.
Adebayor was the leading top scorer with 12 goals in the truncated 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season due to coronavirus pandemic that wrecked the world.
In an interview, he said, “Truth to be told, Adebayor won’t be with us in the coming season because he is on his way to Denmark. For now, I cannot name the club but what I know is he is going to Denmark. I will reveal the club after his signing. We will not see him in the GPL next season”
Despite admitting a vacuum has been created with Adebayor’s exit, he has vowed to replace him before the season start.
