Head coach of the Black Stars, CK Akonnor will today name his 23 man squad for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan.
The game was originally scheduled to take place in March but was postponed due to the outbreak on coronavirus.
Akonnor, who replaced Kwesi Appiah in January this year will play his first competitive game since his appointment.
The Black Stars have already played two games, recording two straight wins against South Africa and Sao Tome.
The former Asante Kotoko gaffer will be aiming to start well as the coach of the side.
Ghana will on Thursday, November 12, 2020 take on the North Africans in the first of a doubleheader tie at the Cape Coast stadium, before travelling to Khartoum, five days later for the reverse fixture.
Akonnor has been tasked to win the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations which will be hosted in Cameroon.
