Defender Christopher Nettey is set to leave Asante Kotoko in a move that would see him sign for Swedish Allsvenskan outfit IFK Goteborg.
The right-back joined the Porcupine Warriors club in 2019 on loan before subsequently signing a permanent deal after displaying outstanding form.
Currently one of the key players for the Reds, information gathered is that he may not complete the ongoing 2020/2021 football season in Ghana.
Sources say IFK Goteborg have been following Christopher Nettey for a while and have been impressed with his output and development.
The Swedish top-flight club has reportedly submitted a bid in the region of 100,000 -150,000 Euros to Asante Kotoko for their transfer target.
It is understood that the management of the Reds are content and looking forward to concluding talks with IFK Goteborg that could see them sanction the sale of Netter.
According to Fox FM, several other clubs in Scandinavian countries are monitoring the progress of the defender.
