Ashantigold new trainer Romain Folz says he will be able to assess the team at the end of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The former Bechem United trainer penned a two-year deal with the miners.
In an interview with Kumasi FM, the French coach lamented it will be too ambitious for him to determine the target for next football season as he believe he can assess the club when the ongoing season ends.
"My first target for now is to lift the team from its current position, I don’t have all the elements to judge the performance of the team in the first round but looking at the table, I think it's good”
“We will be able to assess the team very well after the season and see what target to set but it will be too ambitious to determine the target for my next season since I don't know what the future holds” he told Kumasi FM.
Ashantigold are 10th on the table with 22 points after 17 matches.
The second round of the season will start this weekend.
