During his side's 0-1 loss to SPAL, Adjapong picked up a muscle injury in the thigh in the Serie B league campaign on Tuesday.
Claud Adjapong has now been given a positive diagnosis by his team medics after a scan examination on Thursday and could return to the pitch shortly.
''Morning session at Acaya Golf Resort & SPA for the Giallorossi. The players were engaged in technical tactical exercises with a match on a reduced pitch. Differentiated for Felici and Dermaku. Adjapong underwent instrumental tests which gave negative results. Tomorrow another session in the morning at the Acaya," a statement from Lecce reads.
The 22-year-old has played thirteen games for Lecce in Serie B this season scoring once.
Claud Adjapong joined US Lecce on loan from US Sassuolo during the summer transfer window.
