Hearts of Oak new Technical Director, Carlos Manuel Vaz Pinto has parted with the club after just seven days following a disagreement with the Board of Directors, according to Oyerepa FM.
The Portuguese decided to leave the country after the club rejected his proposal of the removal of Edward Nii Odoom as assistant coach of Hearts.
However, he asked Hearts of Oak to appoint the club's legends Amankwah Mireku and Lawrence Adjah-Tetteh as his deputies.
Vaz Pinto has formerly worked with clubs including FC Famalicão, as well as Ethiopian giants Saint George SA.
He managed FC Famalicão U-23 side from September 2019 to June 2020, where he played 26 matches, won four, drew 11 and lost 11.
