Ghanaian international striker Elvis Manu has been named as the third best player of the week in the Europa League after an explosive display for Ludogorets midweek.
The inform striker scored a hat-trick in his side 4-3 defeat to LASK Linz.
However, he was named in the Europa League team of the week award after his hat-trick heroics for Ludogorets.
Manu was subsequently nominated for the player of the week prize but could not beat competition from Michael Lindell and Daniel Malen.
He remained in third place in the traditional ranking for Player of the Round in the Europa League.
Michael Lindell who ply his trade for Wolfsberger won the player of the week after helping his side defeat Feyenoord 4-1 with a hat-trick whiles PSV Eindhoven Daniel Malen who scored brace in their 2: 1 victory over Omonia placed second.
