Besiktas midfielder Bernard Mensah has expressed his delight after recovering from the Coronavirus disease and returning to training.
The Ghana international was part of the squad that played for the Black Stars during the last international break.
In games against Mali and Qatar, the midfield powerhouse was hugely involved as the West African country lost 1 and won 1 in the process.
On his return to his club Besiktas, Bernard Mensah unfortunately tested positive for the Coronavirus disease and had to be put in isolation.
Following multiple negative tests in the past week, the midfielder has left isolation and has trained with his teammates at Besiktas to prepare for their next game in the Turkish Super Lig.
In a post on his Instagram page, Barnard Mensah says he is filled with joy that he can play again.
“Happy to be in the field again”, the highly-rated midfielder posted on his Instagram page.
Up next for Besiktas, the team will host Yeni Malatyaspor at the weekend.
