The tenure of current Ghana Football Association president, Kurt Okraku, could come to an abrupt end depending on the ruling of CAS on Palmer's case in 2019.
The much anticipated ruling was postponed on two occasions, sending all stakeholders in a state of anticipation for this one.
If the ruling goes in favor of Palmer on Tuesday 1st September, the tenure of Kurt Okraku may be in jeopardy and a re-election may be called to settle the matter.
Okraku recorded a monumental victory in the GFA Presidential elections in 2019 after dispatching the likes of George Afriyie and Fred Pappoe in three rounds.
Palmer presented his case to CAS after he was disqualified by the Normalization Committee prior to the elections. The case has been looked at for months and a ruling seems imminent.
CAS may either throw out the case and allow Kurt Okraku to continue his term or rule in favor of Palmer thereby making re-elections possible
